What if I change my mind later?

You can cancel your funeral plan at any time. If you choose to cancel the plan up to 30 days from the date of purchase you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel the plan after the 30 days, you’ll receive a refund of the original amount paid less the management fee. 

What if I die away from home?

We recommend that you take out travel insurance when you go on holiday, especially, if you travel abroad, which usually covers bringing you back home if necessary. Or we can quote for the extra cost involved.

What if the cost of funerals increases?

The prices of our funerals usually increase by inflation each year, but once your plan is paid for, we guarantee to freeze the price of the funeral to the price quoted in the plan*. Once paid for, it is guaranteed that the plan will cover the cost of our professional funeral directing services as listed in the plan paperwork*, no matter how far in the future your funeral is needed. This is one of the most important benefits and why our pre–paid funeral plans have have become so popular in recent years. You can also choose to make a contribution towards third party costs outside our control. (see definition of “disbursements”).
