Arrangements can be made to allow friends or relatives to view a service online from anywhere in the world.

To view an online service you will need:

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES

Please note that it has come to our attention that some internet service providers may not allow audio streaming from this source. At time of writing the only known provider that we are aware of that will NOT allow audio streaming is Wanadoo/Freeserve.

Also, some firewalls will hinder the streaming of audio and we recommend you temporarily turn your firewall of while viewing with the software but Remember to turn it back on when you have finished viewing.

Please note that picture quality & speed of movement are dependent amongst other things on the speed of your connection. If you have a slower connection press the Lo button and if you have a faster connections press the Hi button located near the camera buttons. Please also note that Live viewing only is allowed and playback is not permitted. Passwords will only be valid on the date notified to you.

Audio quality, like video quality will depend largely on the type and speed of your internet connection. When listening to audio we recommend viewing images on the Med (medium) or Lo (low) setting.

If your sound starts to break up or you get interference it may help to switch off the speaker button and switch back on. Switching between camera views will cause sound interference.
